@ElPasoTV It’s must be bitter, no? I don’t wanna fight ;-) inside looks good. I like food crispy, this thing is too much.

@luciealie it’s smoky sweet. To get it crispy you need to grill a slice of this bomb over direct coals for a minute or two.

    19. garliclover101 on August 7th, 2010 8:32 pm

@kimoni6 Indirect cooking meathod. It’s the difference between cooking directly over a stove top flame, and baking something in the oven. Heats up the cooking space (grill) without meat being directly over the flame. Thus………indirect cooking.

Try building it on Plastic Wrap. Makes it E-Z to roll up.

    24. Billiam919 on August 10th, 2010 7:15 am

“its kinda easy to do… its probably the hardest part of this recipe”… hahahaha. Kind of contradictory.

    25. chadsem on August 12th, 2010 9:12 am

@kimoni6 it’s indirect cooking, so you can cook it slower and less opportunity to burn whatever your grilling. The longer you BBQ something, the better. Low n slow baby!
