Memphis Spare Ribs recipe by the BBQ Pit Boys
Forget the barbecue sauce! It’s all about the dry rub for these Tennessee style Pork Spare Ribs. And it’s real easy to do “low and slow” on the old barbecue grill with these tips by the BBQ Pit Boys.

hell i’ll go eat dinner men
through the miracle of time…lol i love how he always says that
@TaNgLeD2121 No need to rub in rub for ribs. If you’re doing a pork butt or a larger cut then I can see that… but those were done very well.
Help B ! I dont have a charcoal grill……can I make these on a gas grill ? Not ideal I know……….getting ready to make up a batch of BBQ Pit Boys Old Time Chili Sauce…… Will let you know when its ready.
I usually don’t watch these guys video’s when I’m hungry, but Ive had dinner, and I’m hungry again. Thanks a lot BBQ Pit Boys. lol

love u guys, but on this one u trim tooooooo much!,
@cactuschris2002
No they don’t. They are making spare ribs, nothing else. If you want them looking nice you have to cut off the excess meat. Like he said, he’s going to use that meat for something else. Maybe a nice stew?
Jesus is going to come back and stop at the pit first.
HoooooWeeeeee
God damn, this is the equivalent of food porn!!!
