where do i buy pizza stone,is that easy to find at shop?plz lemme know.this da best vdo ever i;ve seen,keep it up
@torontotq
You can buy a pizza stone from most cooking supply stores. However, you can use unglazed quarry tile, or granite slab tiles from your local hardware store. Pizza stones can cost over $20, while my slab of granite cost $1.50 at Home Depot, and it works wonderfully.
quarry tile is also a cheap stone for baking. if you put it in your grill it tastes much better and the heat is better maintained.
You could also “fry” them one at a time in a non-stick skillet on the stove top. They will puff up beautifully with a hot skillet…no extra oil necessary.
Manjula, these naan look wonderful, I am going to try your recipe
Mam what if i dont have a baking stone?
@shikhs1000

I added the sugar into the water/ yeast mix to help feed the yeast and get the proofing process started. Excellent video thank you my family loves buying naan at the store and now I can make it for them at home which is always better!
