      HI there, you mentioned that we need 3/4 cups of water, can you specify how many ml is required, also what is the temperature of the oven, you mentioned 500 degrees, however if the oven does not go up to 500, what is suitable and lastly can we subsitute the pizza stone with an aluminium pizza dish? thank you

      @torontotq
      You can buy a pizza stone from most cooking supply stores. However, you can use unglazed quarry tile, or granite slab tiles from your local hardware store. Pizza stones can cost over $20, while my slab of granite cost $1.50 at Home Depot, and it works wonderfully.

      quarry tile is also a cheap stone for baking. if you put it in your grill it tastes much better and the heat is better maintained.

      You could also “fry” them one at a time in a non-stick skillet on the stove top. They will puff up beautifully with a hot skillet…no extra oil necessary.

      I added the sugar into the water/ yeast mix to help feed the yeast and get the proofing process started. Excellent video thank you my family loves buying naan at the store and now I can make it for them at home which is always better!
