      when you move your body, it uses energy. i think the best answer to your question is another question what do you want to achieve? if you want the body of a sprinter fast paced swimming is your answer, if you want the body of the long distance runner, slow paced long swimming. either case you will certainly be doing yourself some good.

      Helpful and informative video. Didn’t know that you should look straight down. I always look 45deg in front of me.

      As a swimmer, I can fully say that he has most of his tips correct.

      If you are learning how to swim, this would be a great way to learn. Beautiful strokes.

      Until a month ago, swimming for me was like drowning in a semi-straight line! I’ve been looking on Youtube for about an hour for something useful to help me improve. This series of vids is great.

      I have a problem with left arm,cannot take it out of the water for elbow to appear first.I can only do it half the way if I turn my head left.
      any tipps???
