   back during swim season i didn’t know how to swim breaststroke yet my coach always put me in the 100 breast for some freakin reason

   Actually, I can only swim breast stroke. I don’t understand why he said that it is difficult to master. I never practice and I always got a silver. And the only person who beat me was the one who practice everyday. However, I can’t swim any other technique at all. I am learning butterfly stroke atm

   And about he video. I believe the most important is the first stroke after you jumped. And make sure you give the wall a really good kick when you turn. Usually it brings you pretty far before you take your first breath. I believe that was how other swimmers lost to me in competition.

   its funny because he said the breast stroke is the hardest to master, yet im pro at it at my school, and i suck at freestyle

    This must be really old because theres a 400 IM and you can also do a dolphin kick during your pull down.
